It can carry out mirror finishing on surface of various materials to assure that the evenness，degree of balance，ellipticity and coaxiality etc. can achieve the requirements. The roller selects material of 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel and it is processed with heat treatment and mechanical working.It is installed with runner or jacket in the middle，cooling or heating temperature difference is no more than ±2.5℃，surface hardness is HRC55~58. The hardness is HRC62 after chrome plating. The heating deformation is no more than 0.01mm，it is the present mirror roller machining of higher degree. |
